Ordered delivery from Ocean Dragon after hearing co-workers talking about this place and have to say I did not regret it!
I had the General Tso's chicken with their fried rice. The chicken was probably the freshest General Tso's style chicken i'd ever had from a Chinese restaurant. No mystery meat here. The fried rice was also perfect. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their egg roll which was lacking in taste.
The portion sizes here are kinda small but enough to not leave you hungry for more and the prices are on par for manhattan.
I'd order from here again. -

For New York City, this is a real lackluster place, it's edible food, but I regret wasting my dinner choice here.
The general Tso which is such a go to dish was so full of goopy sauce, not crispy at all. The white rice was at least decent.
I should really pay attention to the current rating. Despite it being close to home I don't think I will be coming back to try anything else.
The people working there seem very nice though. The food just needs to be better. -

Pad thai with shrimp is basically noodles, mysterious pink sauce, and finger-nail sized shrimp mixed in. Add a couple of scallions, and that's that. No sprouts, no peanut, no ginger, no character. The boxed kit with the gaudy palace on it makes a better pad thai. Jet Tila would fling down his chopsticks and evoke the ancestors.
My friend had the fish lunch special, which was basically tilapia or some other neutral white fish that comes flopping over from the farm, gets frozen and chunked, and then gets glazed over in an oily, thin sauce. The service was pleasant but in an indifferent way. They add a tip for themselves, lol. I have never seen a hole-in-wall restaurant that takes the liberty to do so.
Not sure if this was an ocean dragon or a paddle-pool lizard. -

One of the BETTER ASIAN food places in Hell's Kitchen Manhattan.
On lunch with colleagues......,and
Food = 8.5
Delicious Thai foods...,and Chinese food. Great presentation....,when food is served. They ADJUSTED some of the dishes for my female colleagues with dietary restrictions.
PRICE was fairly ok..,for what you get for a mixture of dining in..,or take-out places in Manhattan.
Ambience = 8.0
It's moderately small...,however you can have a medium size group of 5 and still NOT feel cramped.
Waiter / Waitress Staff: 7.8
They could have been a little more attentive.,however I'd return again!
